Lunch & Learn
The Bon Secours SeniorHealth Lunch & Learn program is an opportunity to learn about the services at Bon Secours Hampton Roads, as well as hear about the latest information on topics in other areas of interest while enjoying a healthy meal.
The informal setting of learning while eating a meal has several benefits. As we age, we tend to become isolated. The Bon Secours Hampton Roads SeniorHealth Lunch & Learn programs provide a venue for seniors to receive education from professionals and ask questions while enjoying a healthy meal provided by Bon Secours SeniorHealth. Lunch & Learn programs also provide an opportunity to socialize with other people with shared interests in aging successfully. Old friends become reacquainted; new friendships are formed in the informal atmosphere of the Bon Secours Hampton Roads Lunch & Learn programs.
Bon Secours SeniorHealth Lunch & Learn programs are held every other month at Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center, Maryview Medical Center, and Mary Immaculate hospital so you can attend a program near your neighborhood. Average attendance has been in the upper 60’s at each program.
Reservations are required and can be made by calling Rudy White at 757-217-0330.
